Very similar to the Habanero, but a little sweeter. Its shape is reminiscent of a Scotch bonnet, hence its name.

Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Chile)

Of Indian origin, it is one of the spiciest varieties in the world. It has a fragrant and unique aroma.

Malagueta

Small bell pepper of the capsicum frutescens variety with a reddish tone when ripe. Widely used in Brazil and Portugal.

Cascabel

Of the capsicum annuum variety, this chili, mostly from Mexico, receives its name due to the sound of the dry seeds when they are released inside.
