We have the most advanced equipment such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, HPLC, gas chromatography with ECD or FID detectors, PCR or NIRS that give us the capacity to perform in our facilities all the analytical tests that our customers require.

Physical-chemical controls such as the measurement of the color of the product, its degree of pungency, mycotoxin and pesticide analysis and microbiological controls such as the absence of salmonella or e-coli.

Our complete equipment allows us to obtain results in the shortest possible time.

We have the certifications that accredit the quality and food safety of our products (ISO 9001, BRC, etc...), that certify that our products are suitable for the Muslim (HALAL seal) and Jewish (KOSHER seal) populations, as well as sustainable supply chain certifications (RAINFOREST ALLIANCE).

We are in the process of obtaining the ISO 17025 Accreditation, which will make our laboratory results official.
